Defendant
A served as the representative director of B from December 2, 2012 to February 2, 2016, and Defendant B Co., Ltd. as the representative director of B.
A corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing plastic ingredients, etc., Defendant C served as the head of the material team in D Co., Ltd from April 2013 to September 2014, and Defendant D Co., Ltd is a corporation established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling vehicle parts and accessories.
A car manufacturers designated a certain level of quality from among the suppliers of raw materials, parts, etc. as a "private level company". When the primary subcontractor supplied raw materials from the "private level company" and processed them and supplied the products, it paid the remainder after deducting the supply price of raw materials confirmed from the "private level company" from the supply price to the primary subcontractor. Defendant D Co., Ltd was designated as the "private level company" and the "victim Co., Ltd." was designated as the "private level company" related to the combined PP products from Korea.

In order to reduce cost, Defendant C was supplied with raw materials from Company B, which produces recycled composite PP products (average of KRW 1,668 per kilogramg) below the unit price (average of KRW 1,668 per kilogram) of the Victim Company’s multiple PP products designated as “private-level company.”
Accordingly, the Defendant had been in Incheon Gyeyang-gu I from April 2013 to September 2014.
D At the office of the D Co., Ltd., through the K's staff J, ordering the victim's Council to display and supply "K (registration numberO from April 2013 to L from N to September 2014) the name of Grade (8176T, 818W) of packing materials and products used by the victim company with the trademark registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office by the victim's Council (registration numberO) while placing an order for the combined PP products to B through the working person's staff J., and B is the combined PP for the same period under the direction of the defendant.
