1. The Defendant, in sequence, shall each point of the attached Form 2 through 6, 15, 14, and 2 among the land size of 301 square meters in Tong-si, Tong-si.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. In Tong-si, Do-si, C. C. 301 square meters and changes in the ownership of a building on land 1 square meters), C. 301 square meters in Tong-si (202 square meters in total, but D. 9 square meters in total on October 29, 2014, became 301 square meters in total.

(E) On September 30, 198, E completed the registration of ownership transfer, and on March 7, 2014, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on January 22, 2014. (2) From May 9, 2014 to October 24, 2014, the Defendant newly constructed a four-story detached house (hereinafter “instant four-story house”) on the instant land, and obtained the approval for use on October 24, 2014, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the 28th of the same month.

(1) A single-story house (hereinafter referred to as “instant single-story house”) on the F’s land, for which the registration of ownership transfer was completed.

2. Determination
A. According to the overall purport of the pleadings, G is the first floor at the time when it newly constructs the instant single-story house, according to the following: (a) judgment on the claim for ownership transfer registration based on the completion of the prescriptive acquisition period; (b) the absence of dispute; (c) the entry of evidence Nos. 6, 7, and 8; and (d) the entrustment of appraisal to the head of the Korea Cadastral Headquarters in the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Cadastral Corporation;
