1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) On July 14, 193, 193, the network E completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to F. 155 square meters and G. G. 126 square meters. 3) On September 20, 201, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of the inheritance by agreement on July 7, 1985 with respect to the area of 126 square meters in Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do. On July 11, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement division on May 17, 2016 with respect to F large scale 155 square meters. Thereafter, on March 14, 2017, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership on the ground of inheritance by agreement division. The Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of 281 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s land”).
(4) On the other hand, the Plaintiff was constructed on the ground of the Plaintiff’s land. On July 20, 1987, J completed the registration of ownership preservation on the said housing. On July 11, 2016, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on July 8, 2016.
B. 1) On February 26, 1935, the network N refers to the Defendant’s land adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land on February 26, 1935, and 271 square meters in South-Nam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”).
(2) On September 24, 1993, the networkO (the death of December 23, 2007) completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land on the ground of sale on January 6, 1980. On February 27, 2003, the Defendants, children, completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the above land on the ground of donation on February 26, 2003.
