A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) paid 6,000 won for the purpose of exercising the trade name near the southro zone in Guro-gu Seoul; and (b) made the staff of Seodaemun-gu using the front and rear sides of the B (resident registration number): (c) a driver’s license of the Commissioner of the Jeonbuk-gu Police Agency for the purpose of reproducing the trade name in the vicinity of the southro zone in Guro-gu Seoul; and (c) reproduced the front and rear sides of the driver’s license using a local

Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising, forged B's driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Jeonbuk Police Agency.

2. Around 15:50 on September 24, 2019, the Defendant was driving a Daksch truck without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 2 km from around 102 to the front road of the 50-distance large park, which is located in the 102 large-scale large park square.

3. On September 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 15:55, on the 50 large-scale park, which is located in Taecheon-si, Taecheon-si; (b) requested him/her to undergo an in-depth inspection of traffic violations of the Road Traffic Act; and (c) requested him/her to present his/her identification card; (d) F, who is aware of the forgery, presented that he/she completed the driver’s license of B, which is a forged public document, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant exercised forged official documents.
