A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 09:30 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant, while drinking alcohol with F in the E-cafeteria located in Ansan-si D on May 18, 2013, in order to rape F’s female-friendly job offering G with the victim under the influence of alcohol in the near room room, and F, “F is a drink with a thickness.” On the part of the above restaurant, the Defendant went away with F, and went back to H 402.
