Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties’ relevant Defendant B worked for Samsung Seoul Hospital located in Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and performed medical treatment and surgery with the Plaintiff around November 2007. The Defendant Samsung Science and Technology Foundation is a corporation that operates the Defendant Hospital and is the employer of Defendant B.
B. (1) Around 19 years of age, the Plaintiff suffered from agricultural fratitis, and lost honest sense, around 1962, around the age of 19.
