1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff and Defendant C are dismissed.

2. Of the appeal costs, the part arising between the Plaintiff and the Defendant B.

Basic Facts

Defendant B is a medical specialist operating “D”, and Defendant C is a doctor operating “E”, and the Plaintiff is a person who has been administered by the said Defendants.

On May 25, 201, the Plaintiff visited D on May 25, 2011, and consulted on the alcohol with Defendant B. On June 1, 2011, the Plaintiff received from Defendant B the upper maroplasty and the lower harcing.

(2) On August 1, 201, the Plaintiff received medical treatment as the name of “other external hepatitiss, detailed transplants, acute hepatitiss, etc.” (hereinafter “foreign hepatitiss, etc.”) from Furinology department on August 1, 201, and the written confirmation of medical treatment issued at the time indicated as “nurry examination dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium.”

On June 17, 201, the Plaintiff visited E on June 17, 201 and consulted Defendant C with the purport that the result of the instant first surgery is not in mind, thereby seeking re-operation.

On November 5, 2011, the Plaintiff had re-explosion (face lifting, hereinafter “instant secondary surgery”) from Defendant C, and received outpatient treatment for nine days during the period from August to 18 of the same month.

On November 11, 2011, the Plaintiff received medical treatment from a doctor G under the name of “after surgery” from a doctor G in the Furinology. On November 12, 2012, the Plaintiff recommended the Plaintiff to the third hospital on the ground that the Plaintiff was infinite in the operation department, and that the Plaintiff was infinite in the front of the surgery.

Therefore, since the Plaintiff visited the emergency room of the Seoul Asan Hospital on November 19, 201, the Plaintiff received outpatients from the same hospital on November 25, 201 and December 2, 2011.

On the other hand, on November 19, 201, the Plaintiff was diagnosed on November 19, 201 to the right side by visiting H department to the effect that snow dynamics (referring to the increase of snow dynamics at the center of snow dynamics) are in mountain dynamics.
