X, on February 2, 2014, with the knowledge that the Si subsidy was 60% from AB viewing, and 40% of the self-paid charges was implemented, the Defendant, who is the president of the Z apartment building association, was found to have applied for the maintenance project of the Z apartment building, to the effect that “the Defendant, who is the president of the Z apartment building association, applied for the maintenance project to prevent the self-paid costs.” The Defendant’s consent was obtained.
Accordingly, the Defendant, including AA on February 4, 2014, may replace the signboard only with the Si subsidy without his/her own share, to the merchants belonging to the above shopping mall.
“Along with the consent of the affiliated merchants to carry out a signboard improvement project on the same day, the committee for promotion of the signboard improvement project was formed and the X was contracted as the signboard installers of the project, thereby soliciting to receive subsidies from AB viewing.
In addition, in applying for the above signboard improvement project to AB viewing, X and the Defendant deposited the money equivalent to the charges that X first deposited in the account in the name of the Defendant, the Chairperson of the Promotion Committee, and received a decision to support the signboard improvement project, the above money was returned by X.
