Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while making a telephone conversation with the victim B ( South Korea, 32 years old), had a dispute over the repayment of his/her obligation, and the victim died of his/her parents.

From July 20, 2020, around 11:04, the victim's body was found to be in danger of spreading the victim's subparagraph D of the Songpa-gu Seoul building C, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and the victim's body was 3 times at the wooden telescope ( approximately 48cm in length, approximately 40cm in width, about 4cm in diameter, about 4cm in diameter).
