The reasoning of the judgment of this court, which cited the judgment of the court of first instance, is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the following cases: (a) “39,185,00 won” of the first instance judgment as “39,185,900 won”; (b) “39,185,900 won” of the second instance judgment as “39,185,90 won”; and (c) “6, 27, 2014,” of the fifth and fifth first instance judgment as “ August 27, 2014,” respectively; and (d) such reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
