Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 13] On March 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet NAV website’s mid-to-face page; (b) posted a notice on the bulletin to the effect that “as to sell shock 185”; (c) reported the above advertisement to the victim E who contacted the Defendant; and (d) provided that he/she would deliver immediately filling KRW 180,000 to the victim E; and (e) then, he/she received KRW 180,000 from the victim to the virtual bank account (G) in the name of the Korean Bank on the same day; and (e) received KRW 180,00 from the victim; and (e) thereafter, the same year thereafter.
4. From the date of December 21, 200 to the date of sale of filling, filling, filling, and filling in the total of seven times as shown in the annexed Table 1, seven hundred and seventy thousand won were remitted from the victim E, etc.

2. The Defendant, around February 26, 2013, posted a letter on the Internet portal site access to a camera, posted on the bulletin board, stating that the Defendant sold Bosh185 dynamics, and reported it.
