1. 3. On October 4, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, posted a statement to the effect that the victim G sought “NoS Spanish braille” on the Internet portal site “B”, and contacted the victim. The Defendant, even if he did not intend or have the intent or ability to sell the NoS Spanish braille even if he received money, would send the Nos. 350,000 won to a selective dispatch by October 11, 2012.”
