Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:20 on February 15, 2013, the Defendant driven a B Rad truck at approximately 2km from the front day of the head-house in which the trade name near the Gocheon-dong Gocheon-dong is unknown, at around 0.072% of alcohol concentration, while under the influence of alcohol, from the front day of the head-house in which it is impossible to identify the trade name near the Gocheon-dong High School to the front day of the Seoul Yangcheon-gu 7, 987.
