All appeals are dismissed.

The costs of appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

For reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that there was an agreement on interest rate of 36% per annum on each of the loans owed by the Plaintiffs against the Seocho Engineering and Certified Firm, and that the above loans were extinguished upon repayment on June 13, 2007. The lower court dismissed all the Plaintiff’s primary and conjunctive claims based on the premise that the above loans continue to exist.

In light of the records, the above fact-finding and judgment of the court below are justifiable.

In so doing, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations as alleged in the grounds of appeal, or by recognizing facts contrary to logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
