According to the reasoning, the court below, after compiling the adopted evidence, recognized the facts as stated in its reasoning, and determined that the Plaintiff’s claim on the instant loan against the Defendant was extinguished by the Defendant’s repayment.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is justifiable.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on the burden of proof, by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by omitting judgment.
