1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 38,087,318 for each Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 9, 2012 to December 5, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a person who received an operation at the D Hospital twice, and Defendant C is the president and manager of the D Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and Defendant B is a doctor of the Defendant Hospital, who performed an operation twice.
B. On April 27, 2012, at the Defendant Hospital, the Plaintiff was diagnosed of chlosophical chlosophism (T10-12) and Y3-4-5 vertebrate vert, vertebral chlosophism (L2-5), spinal chlosopha (L3-4-5), spinal chlosopha (L3-4-5-S1), spinal chlosta, chlostal chlosta (L3-4-5-S1), and was diagnosed of chlostal clodism (L3-4-5-5) (L3-4-5) (L34-5) and chlostatha (L3-2-3 mlod, etc.), and was discharged from blostal chlotha (L3-5).
C. On June 8, 2012 and June 15, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) hospitalized the Defendant Hospital at the Defendant Hospital and received additional medical treatment, such as an unexplosion surgery; (b) was re-hospitalized on June 29, 2012; and (c) received an examination of the symptoms of the thring; and (c) was discharged on July 10, 2012 from the Defendant Hospital on an operation (hereinafter referred to as “the second operation of the instant case”) of the verteculum chilling method (L-3); (d) was conducted on September 3, 2012, using the verteculma (L2-3); (e) was re-hospitalized on the verteculum culing method (L2-4-5-S1); and (e) was discharged on September 3, 2012.
After that, according to the diagnosis that an operation needs to be performed on April 17, 2013 due to the withdrawal from the post of, and the subsequent alteration of, the permanent matters at the Integsan Hospital of the Human University, the Plaintiff is in need of an operation on April 17, 2013 (Verte bal cecty), the structural transplantation, BONE GRT, and the pelminy, the classical demy, the classical demy (Spine fusor, lumar). On May 13, 2013, the Plaintiff is in need of an operation after the operation, and after the operation on May 13, 2013 (Spine fusster, lumbar).
