Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and Defendant B, with the trade name of “F”, intended to operate the ocean-going game site using the epict, and Defendant A decided to operate the game site, Defendant B, and Defendant B, to invest in the game site, and to exchange KRW 25 million.
Accordingly, Defendant A employed Defendant C and G as an employee, and Defendant C decided to manage the overall game site, such as points charging, exchange guidance, etc., and G decided to perform the duties of customers in favor of customers.
In addition, Defendant B employed Defendant D and decided to exchange the gift certificates when customers obtain through a game or change the gift certificates to a point remaining after the game.
From February 28, 2013 to March 16:30, 2013, the Defendants provided 38 epiced 10,000 won on a game site in the name of “F” located in H2 in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City by providing 10,00 won for a game work, which is equipped with “sea-to-sea” which was not rated by the Game Rating Board. The Defendants provided 10,000 points per 10,000 won to unspecified customers, and caused them to play a game by having them gain or lose points according to the arrangement of the picture shown on the screen.
In addition, the Defendants accumulated points acquired by customers in an electronic food card, and they exchanged the remainder after deducting 5% of the face value of the gift certificates from the merchandise coupon issuance machine installed in the J building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is part of the building width of the above game site.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game products not classified by the Game Rating Board for use, exchange points obtained through the use of game products, and promote speculation by providing free gifts.
