1. Defendant A is a person operating a game room without a trade name, and Defendant B is an employee of the game room.

The Defendants, from October 13, 201 to October 23:20 of the same month, in the game room without a trade name on the E-1st underground floor of the Changwon, from around October 13, 2011, Defendant A installed the 29 outdoor game machine without being classified by the Game Rating Board, and Defendant B operated the game room business, such as managing the game room and exchanging money.

In carrying on the above business, the defendants exchanged the above business after deducting 10% of the fee per point from the points obtained through the above game.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to use the unclassified game products and carried out the business of exchanging points obtained through the use of the game products.

2. Defendant B operates a game room with no trade name located in the F2th floor at Kimhae-si and receives profits from G. The above G is a joint unemployment week in which the cost of the establishment of the above game room was invested, and H and I are employees.

Defendant B, in collusion with the above G, the above H and the above I, provided 14 game software in the above game room from around December 2, 201 to January 3, 201, which was not classified by the Game Rating Board, and provided a game for use by an unspecified number of customers who found the game.
