A and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B worked as an employee of the “G massage practice establishment” located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FF building; however, Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to steal the said articles by selling them to the sale and purchase of home appliances with heavy objects owned by the victim H in the said massage practice establishment because they did not receive any benefit.
