Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, B, C, and D’s special larceny had opened a house and resided in the house, and concluded a studio rental contract via the Internet. After entering into the studio rental contract, Defendant A, B, C, and D, sold home appliances through the studio and sold them through the studio for the purpose of using them as entertainment expenses.
