Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch on November 10, 2006, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on August 29, 2014.

On April 26, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.130% during blood transfusions. On April 26, 2016, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-type car at the section of approximately 1 km from the front of the Ulsan-gun Busan Heavy Industries to the front of the same Eup located in the same city located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol again.
