A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Ulsan District Court on December 27, 2010, and a fine of 4 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Ulsan District Court on April 23, 2013.

On February 24, 2015, the Defendant, despite the aforementioned criminal records, driven at around 4 km B mphere car at around the front road of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-si, the 7-ro, Ulsan-si, the Republic of Korea, in the state of alcohol content of 0.093% in alcohol during blood transfusion at around 22:39 on February 24, 2015.
