Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in the instant case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case as described in paragraph (2) below, and thus, the judgment of the court of first instance cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the

A. Under the second sentence of the judgment of the first instance, the plaintiff in the fifth sentence " shall be deemed to be "the deceased," the whole purport of the pleading in the 12th sentence, the 11th sentence, and the 6th sentence shall be deemed to be "the whole purport of the pleading (including the opinion of the professional examinerO)", the 13th sentence " shall be deemed to be "no.", the 14th sentence "no.", and the 17th sentence "no." shall be deemed to be "I.".
B. Nos. 10 to 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be conducted as follows.
According to the instant recommendation, 1 to 2g, namely, 3 to 6g per day shall be administered for each eight hours, and 3 to 6g per day shall be administered for severe infections even if they are based on the pharmaceutical records.
