B On October 25, 2006, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act, two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 9, 2009. Since around 1998, S Co., Ltd. (T on October 25, 2004) engaged in the manufacturing business of rolling stock, etc. while engaging in the manufacturing business of rolling stock, etc. while acquiring the U Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “U”) around December 2005, and expanded its business to the vessel manufacturing business, thereby expanding its business to the vessel manufacturing business and operating W and U, etc. to the present day.

C served as the representative of W Group X (X) corporation, the affiliate of W Group operated by Defendant B, and was engaged in the overall management of the W Group’s funds.

The Defendant: (a) established the Foreign Ship Processing Business Corporation Y, Inc. from October 2004 to May 2006 and carried out the business in a manner that: (b) established the Foreign Ship Processing Business Corporation Y to request the foreign company to replace the heat of vehicles from Y; (c) after acquiring B U (Gu and V from around 2006, the Defendant worked as U representative director and vice president; (d) held the Foreign Ship Processing Business Corporation Z (hereinafter “Z”), AAB Corporation (hereinafter “AB”), AB Corporation (hereinafter “AB”), AC Company (hereinafter “AC”), AD Corporation (hereinafter “AD”), AD (hereinafter “AD”); and (d) carried out the business after having acquired B U (Gu and/or V) completed the business under the name of another person.
