1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 183,138,50 to the Plaintiffs, and Defendant D Co., Ltd. from September 15, 2018.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff Company A, B, and C are companies engaged in transportation business and transportation business (hereinafter the Plaintiffs indicated) and Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Defendant Company”) are companies engaged in transportation business and transportation brokerage business.

(b) A transferor to whom a contract of transfer or acquisition of freight trucking services is concluded: The plaintiff A;
