1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 478,458,904 and the amount of KRW 440,000 among these amounts, from May 17, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 1) Co., Ltd. B (hereinafter “B”).
(2) On March 22, 2016, the Plaintiff, the representative director of the Plaintiff, was a corporation transfer agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to transfer all shares, B’s business rights, and all assets, etc. owned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant at KRW 1.74 billion for acquisition price (hereinafter “instant transfer agreement”).
The main contents of the above contract are as follows. Article 1 (Subject Matter of Transfer) (1) The total number of shares owned by the Plaintiff and the business license and asset delay business rights owned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant are as follows.
