1. Defendant B terminated the title trust on May 30, 2017 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant clan is a clan consisting of descendants of E who are 14 years of age D.

E had the head of South Korea F, South Korea G, and Samnam H. However, the descendants of the said three-dimensionals set up the F’s own descendants “1m,” “2m,” and “3m,” and jointly manage the clan properties, while the descendants of the G were taking up “1m,” “2m,” and jointly managing the descendants of the H,” the rules was enacted on October 14, 1985, and the name was set up as “Cm,” such as the current name, and elected I as the representative.

The plaintiff and defendant B belong to one of the above F's own descendants.

B. On May 1918, Defendant B’s increased portion of the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 was examined by J of Defendant B, and by Defendant B’s increased portion of land indicated in paragraphs (2) through (15) of the attached Table No. 15.

On December 29, 1962, the registration of ownership preservation has been completed under Defendant B’s name on each of the real estate listed in the list, and immediately the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of L and 14 persons (including 2,3 clan members) on the same day with respect to each of the above real estate.

Since then, on June 195, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed for donations made on November 14, 1965 under the name of the defendant clan (I at the time of representative) in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter referred to as the "former Special Measures Act") in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Transfer of Ownership of Real Estate on June 19, 195.

C. The land listed in the attached list No. 1 is D13 years old M, N's tomb, F's 16 years old son, F's son, F's son, and P's 17 years old son's son, and the land listed in the attached list No. 2 of the attached list is as follows: Q Q, who is the son of D 12 years old son and his son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son
