A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to ten years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special robbery, rape, etc.) at a district court of the Republic of Korea on November 1, 2011 and is serving in the prison in the military of the United States.

On September 9, 2013, at least 06:15, the Defendant: (a) around the third room at the lower floor of the 5th floor of the Sincheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 127, 127, 127, the Defendant: (b) around 06:0 on the same day, the victim E (the age 42) who is a correctional official belonging to the above prison security and correctional officer took the Defendant into the government room to take corrective measures against the Defendant who breached the rule of conduct; (c) dump and verbal abuse; (d) dumping the victim’s face, head, and breath; and (d) dump and dump of the victim’s bat; (e) dump and dump of the victim’s face; (e) dump and dump of the victim’s face; (e) around 206:206:1st of the above correctional room.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed violence to E and F, who are public officials in charge of duties, and at the same time inflicted each injury on them.
