1. The Defendants, on October 15, 2004, shall apply to the Plaintiff with respect to each share of 2.652/4382.2 square meters in Ansan-si E-gu, Ansan-si. 4382.2 square meters.

1. The Defendants indicated in the claim were to purchase part of the part of the 4382m2m2 from the Korea Water Resources Corporation in Ansan-si E (each share 517.94/4382.2m2) and constructed a studio in the 12th floor size.

On October 4, 2004, the Plaintiff received the sale price from the Defendants by selling the section for exclusive use and the share of the land in F building G (attached Form: 27.3 square meters for exclusive use, and 7.956 square meters for site) from the Defendants, and paid the sale price. The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the section for exclusive use on October 15, 2004, but the Defendants did not complete the registration of ownership transfer for the said site and did not complete the registration of ownership.

The Plaintiff purchased a section of exclusive ownership in an aggregate building with a housing site ownership and completed the registration of ownership transfer, but did not register the transfer of the portion of land and public land equivalent to the right to use the housing site. Therefore, the Defendants are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on October 15, 2004 with respect to shares (each share 2.652/4382.22) of 7.956/4382.2 of the said housing site to the Plaintiff.
