The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the court below found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case on the grounds that the Defendant had expressed a desire to do so to the victim.

2. According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by the court below, the defendant's assertion is without merit since it sufficiently recognizes the defendant's desire to take the victim, who is a police officer, within the D District District where five or seven police officers exist, such as "this flasium, flasium, flasium, and flasium who arrested B, Earsium or Earsium."

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
