Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:40 on May 19, 2013, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender on the suspicion of injury in the D District District located in Busan Shipping Daegu C, and subsequently insulting the victim F, a police officer, on the ground that the victim E and the victim F, who had been working in the said District, were arrested and was unable to wear the Defendant, for about 20 minutes on the ground that the victim F, who was the police officer, was unable to arrest the Defendant. The Defendant abused the victim publicly, for about 20 minutes on the ground that the victim F, who was a police officer, was able to arrest the Defendant. The Defendant: (a) was friencing the Defendant, such as “Iskin, Isknish, Isnish, Isnish, Isnish.”
