Punishment of the crime

Defendants are community residents living in Jeonnam-do E, F, and G.

The Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's work by preventing the passage of the construction vehicle on the ground that the construction of wind power plant is being carried out in the Hail-gun H, Jeonnam-do, and the victim I, a subcontractor, a subcontract for the construction of the above wind power plant, and the vehicle used for the above construction, causes inconvenience to community residents.

1. At around 13:00 on July 6, 2018, the Defendants installed fences on both sides of the roads to prevent the passage of the construction vehicle operated by the victim from the access roads to the construction site of the wind power plant located in the J of Donam-do.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's work by force, and at the same time interfered with the traffic of the access road to the land which is used by many unspecified persons.

2. At around 13:00 on July 11, 2018, the Defendants installed a pipe pipe on both sides of the road to prevent the passage of a construction vehicle operated by the victim from the access road to the construction site of the wind power plant located in the Jando-gun, Jando-gun.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's work by force, and at the same time interfered with the traffic of the access road to the land which is used by many unspecified persons.

3. On August 14, 2018, the Defendants installed two containers on both sides of the road to prevent the passing of the construction vehicle operated by the victim at the access road to the construction site of the wind power plant located in the Jando-gun, Jeonnam-do.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim's work by force, and at the same time interfered with the traffic of the access road to the land which is used by many unspecified persons.
