On May 23, 2016, around 11:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle BK7 without obtaining a driver’s license from a section of about 2 km from the upper 558-1 upper road of the Sincheon-dong from the upper road of the 558-1 upper road to the upper road of the same Sincheon-dong 762.
