Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-L car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1 1 km to around 1772-7 of the apartment road in front of the Hodo-dong, Singu, Singu, Sincheon-si, Seoul, to around 11:20.
