1. The plaintiffs' appeal and the plaintiff A's claim expanded by this court are all dismissed.

2. Plaintiffs B, C, D, and Defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a medical corporation that operates the F Hospital located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiff is a patient who appealed to Huuri and knee-free pain, uncomfortable low-level, and decline in the function of the booming on the left side of the hospital after undergoing the booming surgery at the Defendant Hospital twice.

B is the spouse of the Plaintiff A, and the Plaintiff C and D are the children of the Plaintiff.

B. (1) On September 1, 2014, Plaintiff A filed a claim for the discharge of the back wood on the left side, back wood on the left side, and the left side wood on September 2, 2014, and was hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital’s wood on September 2, 2014, and discharged the Defendant Hospital on September 16, 2014 as the symptoms of physical treatment were improved. 3 On October 9, 2016, Plaintiff A fell from a shooting bridge with a height of about 3 meters, and applied to the emergency room of Defendant Hospital at around 19:33 on the same day.

At the time, Plaintiff A complained of the medical professionals of Defendant Hospital about 1, 200, the left-hand bucks and the left-hand bucks, the promotional knee below the left-hand kne, and 80% of the bucks, and the bucks and pains of 1, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, and 1,000.
