1. The Plaintiff’s medical treatment conducted against the Defendant from September 30, 2013 to December 13, 2013, to the Defendant.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The pertinent Plaintiff established and operated the C Hospital (hereinafter “Plaintiff Hospital”), and the Defendant was administered at the Plaintiff Hospital No. 4-5 of the Meetical pathic pathic pathic and 4-5 of the Meetical pathic 1.
B. On October 2, 2013, the medical personnel of the Plaintiff hospital was admitted to the Plaintiff hospital on September 30, 2013, when the Defendant received the disc secing surgery No. 5-cheon 1 at the Jeju Hospital around 1993.
