Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

B put the main point of "D" on the floor C2 of the Busan-gu, Busan-do, and is operating an unauthorized illegal game room, taking charge of purchasing, leasing a game machine, soliciting customers, etc., and the Defendant, as an employee of the above game room, recruited to operate the speculative game room while taking charge of entertainment and exchange.

The Defendant and B, from around 19:00 on September 20, 2012 to around 20:00 on September 21, 2012, from around 19:00 to around 20:00 on September 21, 2012, at the illegal game site of “D”, the Defendant and the Defendant set up 17 units of total of 17 units, such as the 6th day-to-day outdoor game in the electronic string method, the string game machine, the string game machine, and the 8th day of the light game machine, provided them for the use by customers, and exchanged them in cash accordingly.
