Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in occupational breach of trust is a director in charge of managing the customer as a director at the victim management agreement E in Bupyeong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City from May 1, 2013 to March 1, 2016.
The Defendant had a duty to use a corporate bank credit card owned by the victim company only when it is directly related to the business of the victim company, such as managing customers of the victim company.
