Punishment of the crime

[2016 Highest 322] The Defendant was in charge of product order and delivery management in the Victim C Co., Ltd.

On November 2, 2015, the Defendant, at around 10:40 on the victim’s warehouse in the fifth floor of the Kimpo-si D Building, provided the victim’s goods worth KRW 22,734,648, and embezzled by arbitrarily providing the victim’s goods worth KRW 22,74,648, and KRW 648, a total market price of 148,00 in the foregoing method, as shown in the attached Table (1) from November 2, 2015, while the Defendant kept the victim’s 40 project equipment for the victim’s business on his/her business, he/she provided it as security and embezzled it for the victim.

[2016 Highest 2051] The Defendant served from March 2012 to February 15, 2015 as an agent for a logistics team of the victim F, Inc., Ltd., the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building E, and was engaged in the management of Nowon-gu, etc. sold by the victimized company.

Around November 29, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily sold and embezzled the two Nowon-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seoul Metropolitan Government Franchispo, while the Defendant kept two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two the two are in custody for the victim at the time of completion of repair at the office of the above logistics team.
