Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance of the said warehouse and opened it in front of the “E” logistics warehouse managed by the victim D, the wife population C; and (b) went to, and stolen, the victim’s skiing goods, such as skiing clothes and writing, which were kept in the said location; (c) from the above date to April 19, 2016, the Defendant used approximately KRW 361,749,30 of the market price by the same method over 31 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, from the above date to April 19, 2016.

1. Embezzlement;
A. On April 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around February 14, 2015, kept 8 million won at the market price of 150,000,000 won for the victim F at a logistics warehouse located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for the victim; (b) received KRW 4 million from H that operates G in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do; and (c) sold the said skiing clothes and uniforms.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.
B. Around April 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was entrusted by the Victim F to the distribution warehouse located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si on February 2, 2015 through March 3, 2015; (b) was supplied KRW 3.8 million from H that operated by G in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, and sold the 97-98 punishment, around April 7, 2015; and (c) sold the 3.8 million won for the victim, and used the 3.8 million won for personal use thereafter.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property.

Around June 27, 2015 to August 2015, the Defendant promised to jointly operate the “J store” that sells clocks, swimming clothes, and new mixed travel clothes, etc., occupied by the victim I and the new world department stores, modern department stores, lot stores, AK department stores, AK department stores, gallonian department stores, and gallon 6, etc. in a non-fluent place (hereinafter referred to as the “J store”) around March 2015.
