1. The punishment of the accused shall be four years of imprisonment;

2. 1,817,00 won shall be collected from the Defendant.

3. The foregoing.

Punishment of the crime

As the defendant was prohibited from importing or smoking marijuana, he dealt with marijuana as follows:

1. The importing Defendant of marijuana received from E a proposal that “the cost of the hemp to the United States with a view to changing it with a view to marijuana.” A.

Around June 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 1.5 pounds from F to F, under the direction of New York E in the U.S. on June 9, 2013; (b) was on board the aircraft of the Republic of Korea (K1401) at the Jopitic Airport (KE1), while concealing it in the container; and (c) entered the aircraft of the Republic of Korea at the Jopitic Airport around June 10, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 1.5 pounds in collusion with E.

B. Around July 11, 2013, the Defendant imported marijuana: (a) around July 10, 2013, the Defendant received approximately one pound of hemp packed in advanced air packages from F, issued instructions from New York, by the New York; and (b) boarded it into the air aircraft (KE1401) at the John F, and entered the Republic of Korea via the Kimhae Airport around July 11, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately one pound of marijuana in collusion with E.

C. On November 18, 2013, around November 17, 2013, the Defendant imported marijuana: (a) around November 17, 2013, after having received approximately 1.5 pounds from the name unclaimed boxes (one-day G) instructed by the U.S. Calves from E; and (b) having concealed them in the new triggers; and (c) on board the aircraft at the Calves air (KE0) of the Calves Airport, the Defendant boarded on November 18, 2013 and entered the Republic of Korea via the Kimhae Airport.

Accordingly, the defendant imported approximately 1.5 pounds in collusion with E.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On November 19, 2013, the Defendant, at the E’s house located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul around November 19, 2013, dynasium, dynasium dynasium h, and dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium with E and I.

Accordingly, the defendant smoked marijuana in collusion with E and I.
