A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2019, the Defendant first sees the victim B (the name, 30 years of age) at a club located in the Seoul Thai-gu, Seoul (the 11:00 on the same day) at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle located in the parking lot near the 11:00 on the same day, and brought the victim into the front of the Defendant’s vehicle and brought the Defendant into the victim’s house by driving the said vehicle to the front of the her left hand before driving the vehicle, and putting the son into the front part of the Defendant’s house. However, the Defendant started driving the vehicle and continued to see the victim’s chest by leaving the vehicle to the right part of the Defendant’s breast while driving the vehicle, and, after leaving the vehicle to the right part of the Defendant’s chest, she did not see the victim’s chest to the right part of the Defendant’s chest, and she did not see the victim’s chest to the right part of the Defendant’s breast, “after having the victim’s breast to the Defendant’s chest.”
