Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On February 25, 2013, at around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) was under the victim C’s “D” operated by the victim C in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu; (b) opened a door to the victim C, who was in a relationship with ordinary E, concealed E; (c) expressed the victim’s desire to “the victim C, who was in a relationship with the ordinary E, concealed E; and (d) avoided the victim’s business by force by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.

At around 15:00 on the same day, the victim C, who had been a customer, she was in a state of being off his/her clothes, and her bath to the victim G, saying, “Chewing years, the same day as the opening, and E,” was found, and by force, the victim C interfered with the victim’s business affairs for skin use by avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes.
2. Intimidation;
A. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant threatened the victim on the ground that the victim E (here, 38 years of age) was divorced from her husband before the Y in Gwangju Northern-gu, and that the Defendant’s horse was not easily heard by her husband, the Defendant threatened the victim on the ground that “the son may ask his her son who was aware of his her son and can die only if her son was dead.”
B. On March 4, 2013, from around 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant sent a voice message stating that “A victim E belongs to the Defendant and did not fully repay KRW 6.5 million to the Defendant before J apartment in North-gu, Gwangju, North-gu, where the Defendant resided with the mother of the victim E, and thereby threatened the victim by sending the voice message “I am about to do so until it reaches the maturity of the Plaintiff,” and that “I am to do so.”
3. Violence;
A. A. On February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in front of the “L” restaurant located in the Jeonyang-gun K, Jeonyang-gun, the Defendant assaulted the victim E with the hand floor one time, on the ground that the victim E said the relationship with the Defendant to the husband of the victim E.
