A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:50 on December 7, 2019, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.110% at the section of about 2km from a pay parking lot on the part of the Daegu-gu merchants' clubs to the roads located in the 92kncheon-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu to the end of the 2kncheon-gu.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a passenger car in the B SP land.

On December 7, 2019, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at around 03:00, and turned down from the merchant's four-lane distance from the merchant's four-lane to the U.N. 30km from the merchant's four-lane to the 92-lane.

At night, at the time, the defendant's vehicle was a DNA car driven by the victim C (the age of 40) who is waiting for the signal signal in front of the defendant's vehicle. Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence as above.
