Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in driving an unregistered engine displacement of 100cc or more.

1. On May 26, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), driving the above Oba, and driving the front road of C in the Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu, Daegu, toward the side of the merchants’ four streets at a monthly 51-way.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as set forth in the preceding paragraph, driven the 500m section of which no mandatory insurance was provided without a motorcycle driver’s license, from the 500-meter section to the C front Road located in front of the branch of the merchant in the Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Merchant's Day of Shipbuilding to the next day.
