Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 24, 2014, the Defendant, a local public official working as the head of the D-Gun Secretariat (Grade VI in extraordinary civil service), who wishes to be a candidate for the 6th local election held on June 4, 2014, prepared materials for public relations activities of the D-Gun F in Chapter 1 using a pen, which is "G", for the purpose of promoting the 6th local election held on June 4, 2014, the F-Do head of F-Gun, with the title "F-Gun" in Chapter 1 of Chapter 4, using the 2013 e-mail files to manage the 2013 Republic of Korea from among the heads of the nationwide local governments, including the fact that he/she was selected as the main official of the CEO5, and had the head of the Do-Gun government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-specific agency-specific local government-specific local government-specific local government-based data.

Accordingly, although the defendant is a public official, he/she promoted the achievements of the people who want to be a candidate to the electorate through the press organization.
