A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual owner and captain of D, who was designated as a management vessel in the above aquaculture at the actual fishery right interest of the fishery right holder of the seaweeds fish farm farm in Gido, contracted with the fishing village fraternity in Gido, and is the owner of the fishing E (1.45 tons) fishing vessel E (1.45 tons) permitted for coastal self-defense.

In this respect, the defendant used air illegally, and exercised the illegally used air defense.

2. Violation of Acts concerning fisheries;

(a) Any person who intends to run a fishery business falling under coastal fishery, among those using power-driven fishing vessels of less than 10 gross tons, shall obtain permission for each fishing vessel or fishing gear from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, on May 26, 2018, from around 06:30 to around 08:45 on the same day, the Defendant, at approximately 4.5 nautical miles (35-5.65 N, 126-09.72E) in the west south of the East-do East-do, left the sea without obtaining a fishery permit from the military market, and run a coastal self-net fishery, such as capturing approximately 5 km of light fishing worth KRW 50,000 at the market price.

(b) No fishery right holder designated as a fishing ground holder for the use of a control vessel shall use the control vessel to capture, gather, or cultivate marine animals or plants on the waters other than the designated fishing ground area or approved area;

Nevertheless, the defendant is used to the fishing village fraternity number C in the Gunsan City Do Do Do Do, located in the date and place described in paragraph 2.
