The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (7 million won of fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is divided and reflected by the defendant's mistake. However, the majority of the victims caused by the crime of this case are about 24 million won in total, and the amount of damage did not reach an agreement with the victims, the victims did not reach an agreement, and all the sentencing conditions in the arguments of this case, including the defendant's age, character and behavior, home environment, and motive for crime, are not adequate and heavy.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
