A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on January 29, 2016, and was released on August 13, 2016 and the parole period expired on September 22, 2016.

"2018 Highest 5239"

1. On August 24, 2018, from around 03:30 to around 04:00 the same day, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining an automatic driver’s license from around 3km section from the Defendant’s home located in Daegu Southern-gu, and from around 03:0 to the “D” in the same Gu, and driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km section from around 09:00 on the same day to around 09:38 of the same day.

2. On August 24, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the measurement) and was in the course of driving a E rocketing motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on the front of “G” located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Police Station H district unit I, and there is reasonable ground to recognize that the Defendant was driving under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, drinking, and red-lighting on the face, and was demanded from 10:06 to 10:35 of the same day to respond to the measurement of alcohol by inserting the whole chilling three minutes of the alcohol measuring instrument.

Nevertheless, the Defendant refused to put in a drinking measuring instrument while delaying time without any particular reason, and failed to comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.

On November 22, 2018, the Defendant driven an Estststy vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.226% without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 7km section from the front of the J in Daegu Northern-gu to the front of the L Hospital located in the same city and south-gu K, Nam-gu., the Defendant driven an Estysty vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license.
