Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the influence of alcohol, under the influence that the Defendant had the ability to discern things or make decisions:

1. On December 6, 2014, around 18:10, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car prior to the Seo-gu 195-ro 51 Jama public parking lot, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, to turn to the left at the left; (b) shocked the front part of the D Lasta car running on the said road into the front part of the Defendant’s driving car; and (c) re-ewd into the front part of the Defendant’s driving car.

The Defendant was arrested in a flagrant act by a slope G belonging to the F District Unit of the Daejeon Police Station, Daejeon, which was called upon the report of the foregoing traffic accident, and there were reasonable grounds to recognize the Defendant to have driven under the influence of alcohol, such as smelling and smelling on the face, etc. from H of the police station affiliated with the above police station, and was demanded from around 19:05 to around 19:37 of the same day to comply with the measurement of alcohol by inserting approximately 32 minutes from the above F District Unit of Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

2.
